ICAA Design Competition Entries

I haven’t won yet, but I have learned a lot and am ready for the next challenge.

Entry into the 2024 Chicago-Midwest Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Design Competition. The New Arcade of Pullman is envisioned to be a new center for both visitors and residents of the Historic Pullman District. Housing both a museum, cafe, shops, library and ballroom this proposal seeks to capture the original spirit of the first Arcade of Pullman which was lost to demolition in 1926.

Entry into the 2020 Chicago-Midwest Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Design Competition. Completed in Partnership with William Marsh, the project aimed to revitalize the Austin Neighborhood of Chicago through urban infills around the historic Laramie State Bank building.

Entry into the 2019 Chicago-Midwest Chapter of the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art Design Competition. This design was completed and submitted before I had any formal training in architecture. The design challenge was to help complete the Burnham Plan of Chicago with the expansion of the harbor facilities to include a new yacht club and museum.

Grad school design competition in 2022 for a cafe addition to the Walsh Family Hall of Architecture at the University of Notre Dame.
